I wasn't offered the chance of inspecting the radar, or the certificates for the radar and speedo. he took my details but didn't issue a ticket - this arrived in the post a few days later - does this invalidate the ticket? I've been told I have to have the opportunity to inspect radar and certs and that a ticket has to be issued on the spot unless they can't catch you! Appreciate your thoughts.
