    New rider (DazedRider87)

Hey, names Brett and I've just bought an old 1987 Suzuki GF250 and plan on getting my license over the next week but I'm unsure if I can ride it on a learners.. I had a look at the nzta site but it didn't say if it was approved or prohibited, does anyone know?

    Welcome to KB.

I'm sure there is a LAMS list on that site

If it is not on the banned LAM's list ... your GF250 will be fine.

With the exception of those specifically banned ... any 250 or under is automatically permitted for learner use.
