Interesting, just for comparison, FC-moto has these same pants for sale. Once all the adjustments have been done and shipping total cost would be $348.49NZ and that includes shipping. Wait will be a couple months though.

Thanks, don't really care to get into sales because there are too many shady folks trying to rip off the new comers. These type of people give biking a bad name. My moto is be honest and sell the product for the going rate. If he wants to pay more and have it tomorrow, it is his decision. Why hide it like a thief in the night?

So anyone selling something on the internet has to check every single website that sells the same product, work out the conversion rate and the international shipping charges, then add that information to their advert? Otherwise they deserve some wanker inferring they are dishonest?

$300 seems like a reasonable price for hardly worn quality leather trou when dealers are selling new lowend stuff for $250-300 and the better quality name brand stuff is in the $500 to $600 region. $350 from FCMoto is pretty good.....if you want to wait a couple of months for iut to arrive.

If you are shopping for the best product and asking for the best price, I would say check as many places as possible. Checking every website is probably impossible and silly. Nope, never said anyone was dishonest. I am just passing along some useful information I found in the past that would be helpful to a fellow biker. Hey, everyone, please help support this sale and consider buying this used product for about the same price as it would cost new. Everything he has said has been true and he is not dishonest. I am sure he is not upset and is grateful I brought to his attention the price of a product shipped from the other side of the earth for comparison. Otherwise, his guilt would probably bother him if he knowing sold something he knew could be found at about the same price new. In the end, the buyer still has the option to buy from him if he decides and the seller should be happy too he did not possibly overcharge someone.

There is no figuring the conversion rate on the FC-moto site. You just click on NZ dollars and you pay in NZ dollars. Once it is in the online basket, they do all the subtractions for you. Took me about 5 clicks which I don't consider to be that tough when helping someone.
