righto after a visit from the landlord and the police X2 here is where we at,

landlord dropped it and confirmed Im still a joint lessee of the flat and D.C can not evict me. but since we have a tenancy problem i need to go to tenancy to sort it out, D.C keepson ranting to the landlord that the landlord is wrong? he is sawing his own leg off as we speak. other flatmates back me up and he threatens to throw them out in 48hrs, i let them know they will be fine and he can print as many eviction notices as he wants I'll simply cross them off with my pen and call them void.
they want to move out but i need to kick this DC fella out now.

landlord needs evidence of the dog in the house so im onto it. hello facebook!

he still is ranting on he is gonna throw my stuff out in 2 weeks. police say chill if he touches ur stuff u can call us again.

he made a complete egg of himself by trying to call me out and tried to assault me with two other flatmates acting as witness.

police has asked him not to be a douchebag else next time they get called he will be the one going with them.

next step is to get in touch with tenancy tribunal tomorrow and a mediation will follow hopefully soon

I want this guy out especially as he is a risk against the safety to me and others in the flat, need to find the right way to do this.????? any lawyers out there

You need to find anything to get him arrested, are swords considered weapons ? You can actually get him out only if the property is fully vacated 45 days notice, and then you sign a new lease with the LL, but the LL would need to give a valid reason for you all vacating (on paper), like renovations, or a major hike in the rent!

OP Note, your rants in here may be used as evidence against you. Though you appear to be straight up and on the right track so I think you will probably be ok on that count. Perhaps you could ask scummy what he thinks.. but don't hold your breath (he has performance issues in that area). Though I reckon he wouldn't steer you crook.

The police should (officially) be advised of your genuinely overwhelming fear for your life and that of your passive flatmates at the wanker's first direct utterance of any threat to your health and well being. The establishment of the level of fear that is deemed to justify the immediate removal of the wanker as a threat is mostly dependant on how scared you really are. If I was you I would be very very very scared, so much so that I would want the protection of the police right now before I go to sleep (though I would be too terrified to sleep).

Meanwhile your flatmate has been responsible for looking after the place and all your stuff. As you haven't made any complaints in those respects he's probably done a good job.
