That would be me, you all went past just after I had put my camera away too. I could hear all of you doing the good thing and slowing down incase my bike was broken so gave thumbs up for you all to keep going. The lil CBR looked very shiney.

You fellas on that other ride do you have somewhere to stay at Waihau Bay or just camping on the beach there?

Krayy & I did the East Coast & Annie this weekend as well. Annie is excellent, get into it before the car drivers realise what a good bit of road it now is and clog it up.

booking has been made at the Waihau Bay Motor Lodge, I'll be back there in March for the Southern Cross Road Rally as my overnight accommodation before heading to the checkpoint at the lighthouse....

2700 kms over four days? Averaging 675 kms per day.
Check your days, there are five?

Will take some bike fitness for newer riders, especially with the extra traffic on the roads north of Hamilton.
    KMs per day = Day 1 (397kms) Day 2 (560kms but cant stay at the cape) Day 3 (588 kms) Day 4 (639kms) and Day 5 (476kms)..
Not sooooooo bad over five days...540 avg, still big days on the seat if you're not use to it.
But good on ya for giving it a go.
