Yes, a big thanks to Mel, thankfully her shoulder is healing well after breaking it at Tokeroa.

Now, anyone got an FXR engine so captian_soup can fix his bike? A petrol tank would be good too, so Mel can get her bike back together for when she's fit to ride.
I have a matte black VT250 tank that will fit an FXR with a bit of a tickle.
It's a different shape but mocked up OK on Str8's bike.

Great to hear the trip home was not all that uncomfortable, I hope it all sorts out easily and we see you on your bike again soon ...

Here most everyone is on the traditional Port a Corner track walk where the best racing lines and lies are discussed over a glass of Port or whatever you fancy at each corner.

I think you deserve abit of a holiday after a smash like that (almost said you deserve a break, haha) Heal up quick. Was a wicked weekend.

I have fixed his tank, had it ready for him just before the weekend. He was just too lazy to put it on, plus he probably liked the fact that Mels tank was full of petrol and his wasn't.

sweet. guess he decided it was even cheaper if he used my bike for the weekend lol

Last I heard it was blown up by JS.

His worst lap was still better than my best lap, but that ain't saying much hehehehe

What a great weekend , Steve comes through once again !

Good to hear that Str8 is not too badly beaten up - bad enough though

Was really good to put some more names to faces and catch up with people I met at earlier meets

Particularly enjoyed being able to race (cheers Crazy and Liegh )instead of just circulating and making up numbers - nearly did not happen but lucky for me I took a spare clutch which meant I could change my burnt out one on saturday

    Roll on Manfield
