The book doesn't say solo riders must keep both hands on the bars either - but it's something Stewards are told to watch for...and issue reprimands if they see one handed riding.

Beside the quote 'button', is a little speech bubble with " in it. They are for multi quoting. The text for quote shows in the order you click them. Then hit reply or the normal quote on what ever you want last in the window.

On a serious note, I think a 9.5 inch tyre on the chair wheel is too wide and not gonna get up to temp. Should we be looking to replace it with a front size or stick with the wide one.
