Hate to burst your bubble dude, but its there in black and white.

    MNZ rule 4.17.4.
Competitors shall not remove their hands from their hand holds during the course of a race, even if their awesomeness allows them to do so. Such a breach shall be deemed as being demeaning to fellow competitors.

    You're fucked now Bob!

Maybe he should read the newspaper whilst racing??
With his awesomeness as a passenger, he could do it blindfolded.......er..... um.... nah, maybe not...... could that even work???
I reckon he should sit backwards........ reverse swing!! Now that'll be cool.......
Or he should just plank the entire lap....... Be fun around left handers.....

When we used to race in combined grids with the moderns we quite often smoked them off the line..dunno why, as we have WAY less power and rubber but it was more often the case than not !!!

Don't know what the Beemer is but definitely heavier than the Matchless. We weighed the Matchy in 2000 @ Eastern Creek and I think it was 211kg after a race, so with 1/4 tank of methanol. Getting alziemers (old bastard) so can't be too sure. Must get the scales out and check it sometime cause I've been asked that recently. That said it would be lighter than in 2000 anyway as its had a few more bits made out of ali instead of steel...mostly panel work.
