Pretty darn enjoyable weekend , think westland Police need a pat on the back on how they ran booze bus/breath testing on sunday morning.
well staffed , offered anyone pre testing on site before leaving , even the highway patrols every 15mins were targeting everything, saw more tourists/cars etc pulled, than bikes. Good PR .

Missed last years as went to the Vincent, but mighty glad took the trek, nice for a change to ride with the bigger crew over via that home town of mine, Reefton... good feed and brew before spinning wheels onto Westland. Could not ask for better weather An awesome day and night had. Damn miSTa had a huge feed of ribs delivered to him at the pub, and all them other peeps just hoed in huge. Bit like that bloody hog at the KB Ettrick rally, animals they all is.

Slept like a baby and woke rather weary.
Like cruza said, great work by them coppers, apart from being a little nervous when the machine read "alchohol" wtf? Then had to blow into another dufus thing that took forever to make its mind up that I "Pass" whew. All I was hanging for was the breaky at the cafe in Hoki.

Was great to get home and hear my "Rammy" welcome me home...much like the video that me mate took earlier in the week when he met the Ramster!

Nice ride home, and about to pack for the long haul to the Patriots gig in a couple of weeks.

Agh I see.. remove some bits... now you got it all looking go fast... rocker covers and headers are an ass load of weight I know... let us know of performance gain and I might well trial the same set up.
