I'm on a roll at the mo, summer abundance & heaps of inspiration. Just wait until you taste my spiced plum chutney with some ham & aged gouda. Got given some fresh tuna t' other day, so seared it with tiny wee tomataes & chucked it into a roquette, preserved lemon, honey & horseradish salad.

Oh lord, I'm going to have to go to the fridge again.
