Hahah actually I just remembered something that made me believe you about how pathetic the skinheads are down here.
a few months after we moved here me and my pacific islander brother in-law were walking past the Bealey Ave Speights ale house and two skin heads walked out calling him a nigger
by the end of it they were saying how sorry they were and the other one was pulling out his hanky to wipe the blood off his cut above his eyebrow.

I mentioned vegetables once, but I think I got away with it...........
With the difference between Kiwis going overseas and NZ accepting boat-people from Nauru being that most (if not all) Kiwis that migrate tend to follow international protocols & laws, rather than simply jumping in a boat thinking "fuck it, they'll have to let me in once I'm there".
what we need is a big island we can send them all too... I've even got a good name for it - Australia.

What I can't understand is how the boat people actually land in Aus.
Surely the navy undertakes maneuvers using live ammo, mine laying etc.![]()
"Sorry Officer, umm.... my yellow power band got stuck wide open"
We can't do that Disco, think of the exhorbitant international roaming data charges they'll incur.
I worked for a multintional tobacco corporate a few years ago, exporting cigarettes to the Pacific Islands (I know, I'm going to burn in hell). We got a bit worried when we saw a massive increase in shipments of a particular (market leading) brand of ciggies to Nauru. As it turned out, the asylum-seekers were getting paid a benefit by the Aussie gubbermint on arrival & subsequent detention and using that money to buy what we consider to be a top-end, premium brand of cigarettes. The smoking Aussies who went up to Nauru to work in the detention centre went on to buy the budget brands which they were accustomed to back home.
Do some reading, the illegals that make it to the mainland in Oz go straight onto a benefit, avoiding any stand-down period that an Aussie citizen would have to endure; even in cases of hardship.
