    Well, the beemer is half done as planned. Gordy came over & helped big time last night, same again tonight.
    He also made a very chur caliper braket for pinky out of Heineken box. It should work mint, after hes fed it into his cnc machine & copied it in alloy that is.

    The prototype is done, i just hope Ken didnt help with the dimensions.

    where do you buy real tie wire/lock wire from? racing shit. I just bought some from bunnings and its shit, keeps snapping while under bugger all tension, when I try and lock wire stuff up.

    I use stainless mig wire. I wouldn't suggest going out and buying a whole roll of that though. I've seen people buying the proper stuff from a bike shop before.
    While you sit there liking things just cos' everyone else does, I'll be standing up here keeping it real.

    Need some advice on disassembling my rear hub..

    I've taken off as much as I can from the rear hub assembly.. I was now hoping the axle and that whole assembly would just slide out of the swing arm. But it doesn't.. I tapped it with a rubber mallet and doesn't seem to move.

    Any ideas on how it would come out? Or if I should just hit it harder.. It looks like the splines on the axle are stopping it sliding through the bearings and sliding out.
