Great find. There's a couple of videos in there that are looking at the vapour trail and have a lag of about 25 seconds before the explosion. That's some serious explosion... wonder how far the shockwave travelled.

Yeah, by comparison the asteroid this morning was very boring. I didn't even see the damn thing due to cloud.

This one was thought to be doing about 54,000kms/hour and was several kilotonnes in size. From what I understand then, and it depends on quite a number of factors, the shock wave probably travelled about 150kms.

S'ok, they found the perfectly circular hole and are looking for bits, it's all over and done with til the next time. we're always in the time zone for some of that end of the world malarkey .
