Glenn George Bayly, 46, a former Tauranga businessman, has been convicted of siphoning nearly NZD 300,000 from the motorcycle dealership he co-owned.
Bailey pleaded guilty to 50 out of 117 charges against him relating to theft, false accounting and fake finance applications. He also submitted a guilty plea to a further 10 charges that were not part of this trial including altering banking access codes and altering the company’s computer accounting.
Sentencing is expected on April 2nd. Bayley is barred from leaving the country pending sentence.
