Mine dead motor is out of the plastic box and on the engine stand, only because I needed to take the other spare engine off the stand and put it in the box so Pumba could try and put it in his sidecar. I look at it and think about taking it to bits every now and then.
With all the away meets I'm a bit oversaturated with buckets at the moment. Looking forward to one meeting a month again.

This big run of events is what is relegating me to a tractor motor. Still, I'll miss it once we are down to a meeting a month with most of them being wet.

I'll miss the racing, the away tracks which don't have a bad one in amongst them and mostly not seeing all the bucket folk from down the line. I won't miss having no time for anything else or all the bloody miles in the van. Looking forward to racing in the rain again though.

yeah we've had a bad run for rain last couple of years. Funny thing is in teh old days we'd have wets & just never have to use them. they'd dry up & crack to heck.

So who from Welly is going? its just occurring to me that I'll have to jack up some sat accom & I'll have some spare room in the van.

Didn't even see this you bastard. I guess you would have had a nice view of me falling over; being behind me and all.

Absolutely, and if I recall I won that race, by keeping it on two wheels

Sounds like an old man's way to race. Where is the fun without overambitious and anger fuelled racing?

At the front instead of on the ground?

I admit I'm old and slow.

    digital video cameras.

    The GP.

Given all the great coverage over the North Island series (both Photos and Video); it would be really cool if we can get a few more points (read: corners) covered with Video for the GP (plus the on-boards).
Then the geeky ones amongst us can splice it all together and make a DVD of the advent; plus it could make a cool promo piece when discussing access with Kart tracks. Thoughts...

I'll bring up my Laptop for downloading and spare camcorder.

So, disconnect your Camcorders from your bedrooms and bring them along and get some high quality racing recorded.

Great idea, be easy if we have two flaggies on each corner like at Roys Hill too.....
