This happened a few weeks ago and I still just go down into the garage to stare at it. I'm so stoked!
Plan: Use the engine from the complete Suzuki GP125 I bought in December. Take some guidance from Team ESE and Tim (maybe Kel if he doesn't mind me chewing his ear off) and aim for a chubby power curve. I'd be more than happy with 20hp and loads of torque, I want to learn to ride and not rely on the power to cover up my lack of skill.
Last week I bought all new fasteners for it as the current stuff was worn and in crappy condition.
I also received a pair of mid 2010 Dunlop slicks with loads of tread left and they felt soft so that'll do for now. They may replace the crap 2006 Dunlops I have on the FXR and have Bridgestones fitted to the RS but I'm undecided as of yet.
A TS gearbox was also purchased and is on it's way to replace the junk GP gearing. I'm going to piggy back Tim's efforts in that department (thanks mate!).
A few RS parts are on their way from Japan for the GP125 engine as we speak
Please, if you could recommend somewhere to get the following parts or if you have something you don't mind selling to me, message me.
Things I need to buy/build for it still:
Crash protection
Fuel tank front rubber
Fuel tank cap
Fuel tank petcock
Front brake disk
Front brake pads
Handle bars
Front brake lever and master cylinder/reservoir assembly
Front and rear brake lines
Clutch lever and mounts
Rear brake master cylinder
Foot pegs and mounts
Rear sprocket
Tail piece
Marc Marques like riding skill
Here it is guys, sorry it's somewhat disjointed, I was taking photos at the same time.
Enjoy the glimpses of what I got.
EDIT: I hope that works for you, it should. I can't quite get it to work for me but I think that's just due to my works firewall
Keep her on the boil guys!
This arrived today, in a very large box, not quite sure why...it's tiny!

The RS, talk about being in the right place at the right time
Crash protection - Mulfords in Penrose. Buy the required length of Acetal rather than trying to get scraps out of their scrap bin.
Front brake disk - Contact Bert for good pricing on full floating stainless 296mm disc
Handle bars - I have a couple of sets including clamps that I can't use, going cheap!
Foot pegs and mounts - Pablo on ebay.co.uk. Great to deal with and very fair prices. I'll dig out his regular contact details.
Rear sprocket - Contact Bert again. You'll need a 52 tooth
Tail piece - reinstall the standard FXR seat and steal the RS seat for this bike
Very nice work on the photos and video, that must be some fancy kit you're using.
Tell me about it! Made me sick with excitement when I picked it up!
Thanks for the info Kel, you're just the gift that keeps on giving! I was going to contact Bert in relation to a brake master cylinder but it looks like he's the man to talk to about a few other things too. I will be in contact soon about a few bits and pieces.
You read my mind on the tail piece, it's currently sitting on the bikeI used to build surfboards for a living before becoming a desk jockey so I may think about making a mold for it... I don't want to smash it and have to spend another $200+ for one.
It's a Canon EOS 7D, nothing too flash but they're solid enough to get some good colours. What I really want is a 5D3 but I can't justify spending bucket money on cameras anymoreAlso Kel, I'm keen to take some video of the KERS if you're keen. I really want to do some short videos on the 'common bucket racer'/toad.
