Was his appearance on those as covert as the operations under contract over Afghanistan? Or the flight in a Feisler Storch?

Ditto, the ongoing fantastic stories of USAAF service ad infinitum have no basis in fact and are insufferable.

Glen will no doubt respond. I was about when he was testing and he had an alternative shock to try ( an excellent brand ) and I said to him why dont you first try and optimise what youve got? He had imported this racebike from offshore and of course its a mystery what settings are inside the suspension. He got as far as respringing and playing with the clickers, both of which helped a lot. But my feeling is the internal valving should be inspected to see where that is at and adjudge scope for improvement.
In line with my previous post about if you are comparing products then it should be done as scientifically as possible. Thats fair, one would think.

Whoa, hold up, you had K-Tech and Ohlins on the same bike?!!

There's your problem right there, I think the Ohlins shock got jeleous of the K-tech being at the front of the bike so technically 'in the lead' causing the shock to get 'highly sprung' and unsetled.
The K-tech front would have gotten confident and start 'chattering' excessivley when really all you care about is finding a good setup. This would result in a drop of laptimes of two seconds until a K-tech shock was purchased.

So Dan is that 2 seconds for the cartridges and 2 seconds for the shock, total 4? If so WOW...............!!!!
