did you paint the wheels apart then reassemble them, or just paint them all as a unit?

What's the thing on the left behind the bike? Some sore of sensory emersion tank to allow you to come up with pure thought for the GW build?

Yeah painted them all as one. I was originally going to powder coat them, then i found the 19" wheel wasnt going to fit in my oven. Damn. So just painted instead.

Thats a bike and sidecar project thats all one unit. Has an oldsmobile v6 for a motor, sits in the back of the sidecar, and powers the sidecar wheel and rear bike wheel. Thats my dads project. Heres a link to it:

Great to see the bike from start to near done.

Even better NOT to see a huge back tyre!!!!!! They suck.

    Cool ride.

    Cheers.

Got a video of the first start since project began. Got some things to sort out yet today. The float sliders from the new kits are sticking and not shutting off fuel, so experiencing some massive flooding. I've since made some adjustments to them but havent hooked it back up yet.

But heres a video of it running, relatively speaking...

Finally got to ride it today, very nice feel to it. Comfortable but sporty. I'll have earned my iron butt after this weekend. Taking it on a long road trip on the long weekend. Hopefully it makes it there and back again haha.

Still gonna have some bugs to work out. But inch by inch its getting there.
