Hmm, I must have missed a bit somewhere, all I saw was a civilian camera van operator, no traffic cop - or any cop.

And heard what sounded like a potty-mouthed spotty-faced oik full of his own importance!

(I guess it wasn't SMOKEU since he didn't have a Yarpy accent...)
