    What are you having for breakfast?

    This is mine.
    Oat bran with hot water, banana, honey, chia seeds, linseed and coconut milk. It's freaking good.

    Oh thats healthier then me then hahaha I can't really have food without some kind of fat or sweetener... pah wish i could though

    I'm having a Thai banquet at 11.30am so am staying empty for that
    otherwise gelatinous soup made with meat bones, split peas and vegetables

    Are you trying to help KBers with their diets?
    Someone here tried that recently too, you might have a lot in common with them...

    has put on some weight
