Does anyone know how to get rid of keloids? I have gotten my nose pierced twice and both times I get a keloid that won't go awayI've had it pierced for 6 months now... And it's still not healed.

I figure it's one of those risks we take with any skin breaking. Depends on how big it is, some of mine have faded over the years mind you I'm not pierced.
