Would you prefer shag-pile carpet and a revolving bed? Enough intimacy for ya?

I thought it was gonna be a bit on the flash side. Sounded like it was gonna be one of those glass industrial type looking/feeling buildings. What's the size of it like? The old one was a bit of a monster for a local suburb bar.

If the weather plays ball I 'm looking at dragging both the folks out on their steads this weekend to hopefully get them interested in joining you lot next weekend. I'll be clutching on to the winter and heading up the mountain otherwise I'd ride myself.

Still the same selection on tap? I should ask if they can get a few more interesting ones in the fridge. They have a fridge right?

Hi guys, im in Hamilton and just picked up a road bike, I've been doing trackdays and racing for the past year or so on a gsxr600 and a hyosung 250, and been riding on the road for 10 years prior to that. Im keen to get back into road riding, I dont like going quick on the road as i prefer to save it for the track and often have the missus on the back..... How often do you guys head out for rides on the weekend?
Is there one organised this weekend? Im at the track allot so wont be able to attend all the rides but keen on the odd one.

    Cheers Dave

If you follow this thread, rides will be notified regularly. You can come and go as you please. You will also find people notifying everyone of proposed rides at different times - these are usually just for anyone interested. I'll post up next time I want company on a ride - be glad to see you along.

Nah, I just think the high ceilings, extra lighting and cramping a whole lot of leaners in has made it sort of barnish. You will see when you make your annual pilgramage!!

Haha must do that soon actually. If we rehome the kids we'd never have a problem.

k folks, heres the deal for this ride:
Meet at Papakura Autobahn at 8.30am for a 9.00am roll. From there we head south passing through Huntly and Ngaruwahia until we arrive at the Viands Bakery in Te Awamutu (www.viandsbakery.co.nz)
Hook into a number of the fine, traditional home made pies which this establishment is famous for then its saddle up and head north stopping off at the Waingaro Hotel for a pint of your favourite (www.waingarohotel.co.nz)
All up a full day on the road doing what we do best, riding bikes, eating pies and drinking pints.....who could ask for anything more..
I want to thank Leathal for putting this ride together, checking the routes and venues and generally be an all round good egg. Chipper work old boy....

What road from Te Awamutu to the Waingaro?? - could be a good ride if we meet up at Ngarawahia and do the loop back through waingaro
By the way this ride is 29th September which some of us will join up with - Prob at Ngaruwahia 10ish
