    Day 6

My neighbour is obviously taking the piss now, 2 more complaints lodged for her barking dogs.

    Codeine is the shizz

is not something I can actually do, sudden movements of me head are very unpleasant.

Daytime TV has not improved since I broke my ankle a couple of years ago.

It is weird having a nana nap at 9am

Take it easy, eh? Codeine is very addictive so try to get off it as soon as poss. Tramadol, if you can tolerate it well, is good for long term pain management. Thinking of you! If your head is okay you can handle things better, but if your head hurts, it's no fun at all!

    codeine also causes constipation.

And given how full of shit you already are, it may cause you to explode...

I believe Waxzoff has been spending a bit of time at the Free Clinic, turns out that those small red marks on penis were caused by his Uncles new dentures.

I hear you about codeine, I just seem to sleep on it, cant see me getting addicted to sleeping somehow

Great day today, got up took pills, watched 1 Americas cup race, took pills, nana nap 9am to 11am.

Roused myself, had some food, took pills, Mark drove me to Hands On to get this wrist checked. Cast came off, tests were done, cast stays off

Got driven home, took pills, had a nana nap for an hour or so.

    Roused myself...

Rest is apparently what I need most, so sleep during the day sorts that, now all I need is a full nights sleep, best part today...

No more cast on my arm! Not better yet but much improved, I have some exercises to strengthen my wrist - she explained them to Mark as I am not sure I totally compos mentis really

I am concentrating on that as an incentive to be well. I may nod off from time to time but I am certain all will be ok. Nothing different to normal really LOL

    Hey Mom,

Bit late to this one, sorry to hear of your troubles. But glad to hear it is getting better... at least sounds like it is.

    Naps rock!

So does morphine... but very addictive apparently.

    all the best

That magic word... tramadol - don't know what I would do without it. Choice drug that one!
