Afraid I can't make it for the ride... A parent who's supposed to pick my daughter up to her school play rehearsal has now backed out and I have to drop her off and pick her up.

I'll catch you guys at the pub instead.

OMG Tig, you missed the entertainment and conclusion to the evening...my banana moment on MY...we managed to do a slow side plant, having slid out on a hunk of pavement in the chip under the front wheel in the bloody parking lot of all places??? WTF, ended up on the ground going hmmmm, plant and roll baby. Put on a right show for the 3 wood be on lookers; hahahaha LOL...then had to krak up all the way home because of the absurdity...of all the things, I go down from an almost stationary position?, Luckily for my ego, inspected ma gurl upon getting home and no damage-phew, aside from a mirror scratch and perhaps a dent in ma dignity that is, but I gotta say, it was kinda laughable -beware of benign objects such as rocks-they're BADASS!!!! Snigger snigger. OH THE INDIGNITY ...next week will be a real test of character...ya just know somewhere out there someone caught that on youtube or will flick it up. SHUUURRRTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanx to PO & Spokey who helped me salvage what little ego remained. LOL... Boss, never repeat that A$$ over trick..

Never a dull moment at SASS! LOL

Glad you and MY are OK, Maakz.

My daughter's performance tonight ran overtime and it would've been too late to catch you all at the pub... Next week then.

omg...........maakz i do hope your ego recovers...i'm so glad to hear that you and MY are largely okay...i saw some huge friggin boulder size rocks the other day at an intersection some where but unfortunately i was in the cage at the time so couldn't clear them safely...makes you wonder just who is responsible for clearing the debris to keep us all safe...??? i guess we all are but when it's not safe to do so i can only hope no unsuspecting aSASSin finds them......
mr. Spokes thanks again for leading safely through the country...such a beautiful night away from the light pollution...
thanks everyone for making the evening such a pleasure...but fek it was getting cold out back...looking forward to catching up next week...

Was a great night. And nearly a full moon.

By the way, I have done that trip I was talking about. Did it today.
As with all rides, still a bit "buzzed"

I will bring the pics next SASS.
I wanted to do funnier things with my bike but I didn't want to put my bike in danger.
Did a few shots, like lying on the ground and taking photos. Wearing bike gear has its uses.
That Adrian Worsley Studio is only open Sat & Sun 10-3.
We might just have to make a special SASS trip one weekend.
From what I could see, cool stuff.

I doubt I will be there. I have some injections going on that may effect my riding for a few days tomorrow.

Below is a statement that has come up in another thread which I like a lot. Has to do with head checks but relevant to all riding.

    Stolen from Gremlin.
