    Suzuki Intruder

Heya, have a 97 Intruder with 400cc of grunt.
Anyone in the know able to tell me if the 800cc motor slots in?
And any experiences modifying these things?

The motor, not in a zillion years.

You can buy all sorts of shinny shit from the states for them.

I don't know your intentions so I won't criticise, but yeah it could be done if you prepared to chop/weld a bit. And doesn't need to cost heaps if you are handy with tools.

As far as I'm aware, the frame is the same for the 400 and 800, so I would have assumed if I had a running 800cc wreck I could do a transplant.
I dont know why im bothering, I cant help enjoying tinkering with this bike.

Got offered decent money for it last night, perhaps that was the halarious flame job on the tank that did it.

    800cc is fuel injected,
750 would probably work. You'd need all the ancillaries too though, and everything's so tightly packaged that they are an absolute cunt to work on.
