For Sale: Zongshen ZS125-7 - Low km

Hi,
Looking to sell my Zongshen 125cc bike to upgrade to a bigger bike. It's been a good learner bike and runs well with only 2200km on the odometer.

The pros:
- Easy 125cc bike to learn on
- Has gear indicators for learners
- Upright seating position so comfortable
- Very agile because it's light - a lot of fun

The cons:
- Deregistered with no WOF
- Gear 3 doesn't show on the dashboard indicator (Not sure why, probably just a sensor)
- Has rust on the headlight casing, front guard and exhaust (Not too deep rust by the looks of it)

Could maybe be good for a bucket racer or for a learner.

I'm looking for $550.00 solid. I'm on the North Shore, so drop me a PM if you'd like to view/test ride.

Yeah true.. Haven't been riding very long though and a this point thinking any 250 is better than my Chinese 125.

That being said.. Are you sure you don't want to buy it?

I've already got a 300 on my shed that has barely moved since I got my Z1000. Video yourself pulling a mad wheelie on it and I'll consider buying it as a skid bike.

Strictly speaking, any Ginny you're likely to buy, you'll be upgrading a Chinese 125 for a Chinese 250 . Not sure one is any better than the other! Get a scorpio instead of you're determined to go that route.

They're all fucked now. Were superb learner bikes 10 years ago, but the majority of the Jap GNs are starting to shit the retarded cam "bearings" in the head, and cannot be easily fixed unless you know somebody who can line bore some stuff cheap. Or buy a Chinese head

Scorpio, or Chinese GN. Or any decent bike from the LAMS list for that money, you'd be surprised.

Save up your pennies and buy this dudes Hornet. http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/sh...nda-Hornet-250 Reasonable ass price, and with dual carbon exhausts, it'll sound the fuckin business . You you happier a hell of a lot longer than any GN will as well.
