Have been through with Mita's E-07 in winter before only problem I had was by that tree with the stumps and roots growing out.
If it looks too knarly you could bypass it and go do Eggleston Rd or Kaiwara Rd to Cheviot.

not really crossing anything more serious than a puddle or two, it's all gravel, dirt and grass roads with some slippery when wet stuff.

is anyone else thinking of doing bannockburn bike week? has anyone done it before? since the db1k is now in march i will probably go to this
