eek Honda CBR900rr replacement carbs adjusting?

    HI

I removed for cleaning the trottle butterflys and know when try put them

Back i get first one lined up when add another i got gaps top and bottom on both

aghhh there was some black blow back lines on them cleaned of so assuming where not lined up

    right b4 help ????

Yes looked on you tube bench sync what i mean but problem is i got gaps top and bottom so look through

after but all butterflys back in there all out . on orginals they are not.

So is it a case trying brass butterflys around to match them up better ?

they are set at the factor and are not meant to be removed, so just keep swapping them round till they line up. Could take a while. Buy the way did you number them as they came out so they are going back into the correct carb body as they are matched at the factory for the best fit, and they can also be refitted either upside down and round the wrong way (wrong face facing the head) they will still fit but not shut correctly. so there are lots of options multiplied by four carbs.

Hopefully for your sake your next post won't be about how a screw /some screws/the butterflies got sucked into your engine
