And remember ...... if it hasn't got one of "Uncle Flip's" prosthetic kickers it isn't a real motorbike!!!

Won't be around either, sorry - bike is fixed but being a bit cautious & letting the new fixes bed-in a bit around town before I push my luck on somewhere I can't push it home from!! (and at night too).

Could be up for a ride Friday/weekend tho if the weather suits & anyones interested?

    Cheers

Another great ride, thanks. Hoping for better weather next week!

Might try a bit harder to make that one... might even be less picky over the weather... so long as it starts out dry

Is the ride still departing at 1830 from BK Moorehouse Ave? I might be tempted to make an appearance this evening. Do the cops frequently hassle you lot on the WNR as well?

Yes. Same time, same place. Haven't met any cops while riding with this crew. Safety in numbers

Sorry lads won't be making it this evening. Got a dinner appointment.

great to be out on the WNR again- thats a good road to get to know the new bike - was getting there slowly - corners really well when its actually in the corner...its the getting into the corner that felt crap - probably result of the squared off rear tyre - so, new tyre and bit of fiddlin with suspension is in order.
interesting things happen above 10,000 rpm.....not if you have a ZRX tho

Ok so the Loburn Route not sure how many are interested in coming along but here's the jist.
First regroup Chaneys before heading onto the motorway.
Then out through Rangiora, Loburn, Ashley Gorge. Second regroup just out of Oxford.
I will be bypassing Oxford township heading to Cust back to Rangiora for refreshments at The Blue Rooster.

Make sure you have gas in your tanks if your coming
