    AMCC date thread.

    Am I reading this correctly.
The NZ F4 GP is on the 8/9 March?
That's only just over a month away yet the bull shit hasn't started...

    Second Question:
Is AMCC going to test out the Special Event Licence rule???

No way I can make that. Just before nationals at Taupo. Development class is open for buckets. Long track...

    I wish!

Taller gearing is just about going to take a lotto win too!

Can you cut 420 sprockets down to 415?
Think I'm going to make both bikes totally 415, it's a mission to do but should be best in long run seeing as I have RS rims.

I've managed to suck him into grinding a few down for me.
But I thought the RS sprockets could fit on the MB??

Stink. Sort of committed to the nationals. That will take all coin and then some.

Why do you need taller gearing? Tokoroa uses the same super short gearing as Mt Wellington, for me this a 12 front 52 rear. I was actually thinking of getting a 53 rear sprocket to gear down ever so slightly.
Rich does the GP clash with the Nationals? if not find the cash as my victory without beating you will feel almost hollow!

Does not clash just can"t spend the extra time and dollars away. As for beating me. Yeah NAH not a chance. I have just found bags of power hiding in the carb. It will be interesting tomorrow on track.

And I've found bags of talent from landing on my head.
Piston has been ceramic coated, cylinder and head have been coated with heat dispersant, mid race map has been programmed etc etc
And then there's the bark busters (fire with fire and all that)

Have to Double Check that !

Was going to use CR80/85 420 cut to 415 as they are MB sized.

Desire for more fron teeth is from combination of low primary ratio in the engine and large sprocket sizes on the back of my wheel, using RS rims will lessen this as I can then go to a lower tooth count on the rear but it will give me the most options.

Currently I'm tall enough but don't have enough intermediate steps; have to run too tall rather than too low.

My power runs from 8k-10k with a bit of overrev.
    Engine has low primary ratio.

Currently on 14/46 which is too high, need more steps to get lower without loosing 1 full tooth off the front.
