Good stuff. At an Easter meet a few years back I did like a 44 on the 50 and it put me 3rd on the grid. Times have moved on.

Cheers all, that was a fantastic race day.
The level of grip out there was huge!

I'm pretty sure that's the fastest I've ever been around Kaitoke. Will do the video lap timing thing too, just to compare.

I know there is almost 1/2 a sec more to drop too, my lack ov over-rev with the current Ignition is a bit of a handicap.

Knowing what your power spread is I was surprised to see you right up there. You'll be scary with some power.

Urrgh. I'm stiffer today than I was yesterday.

And I have a bruise on my heel which is odd. Have to get my head around that uphill again, but I'll be more cautious on cold tyres on the left hander.

I was surprised when I stopwatched some laps from my onboard video:

    Race 1
    1. 00m 47s .07
    2. 00m 44s .08
    3. 00m 44s .26
    4. 00m 44s .27
    5. 00m 44s .09
    6. 00m 44s .48
    7. 00m 44s .24
    8. 00m 44s .15
    9. 00m 44s .05

    Race 5
    1. 00m 47s .53
    2. 00m 44s .74
    3. 00m 44s .23
    4. 00m 44s .05
    5. 00m 44s .10
    6. 00m 44s .42
    7. 00m 44s .47
    8. 00m 44s .38
    9. 00m 44s .03

    I'll check the others later.
I Missed turning on the camera for race 4, Sure I would have just cracked in to 43's in that one.

I'm sure they guys I was holding up were lapping faster too.

Yeah, I vote it as the hardest workout.

    With Dave

    45.24
    44.46
    41.42
    42.12
    41.98
    42.86
    42.09
    42.04
    41.99

I seam to remember another time that was 41.4. So not really going any faster than we have done already. I am sure we will crack into the 40's soon. If you look at all the apex's I missed and bad lines being ridden. 40 second laps don't seem that silly.

I've still got a way to go!
You two are right on the Cusp, I think if Dave had the lost power back he'd be there.
