Not too sure how I feel about that?

I liked dealing with Patrick in parts, but I'm sure there will be plenty of positives with the new dealer. Onwards and upwards I suppose.....for Triumph that is.

    They sent an e-mail.
I have read about on other sites overseas that if you want to be a H-D Dealer that they make certain demands on what if any other bikes you sell.
That applies to bike parts as well and service tools.

Triumph kicked out of AMPS as well

I was in Amps about 3 weeks ago to look a Triumph Thunderbird they were advertising on their WS .
Was told that it was the only one and will be the last they stock .
Didn't buy it as Holeshot's had a beauty in stock and offered me $3000 more for a trade in.
    Much better service too.
Happy as now with the Tbird.

Not one had a 1 on the vin plate plate that I could see.

Can you guess where they were made??

I had similar thoughts and reservations when Wgtn M/Cycles ceased to be the Triumph outlet in Welly as well, but my dealings with Ben at Motorad (parts dealings only) have been second to none.

Another example of corporate arseholes slowly destroying the small business's in NZ and around the globe.
The online purchasing model will reign supreme soon. Good or bad, I don't know.

Corporations don't have arseholes, sport, people do. Whatever happened at ANZA was decided by people.

Plenty of arseholes WORK for corporations, though. I don't deal with arseholes. I don't buy Triumph, Aprillia or Husqvarna products in NZ, and I hear BMW might recently have been similarly affected.

    Dey all be forrin?

Guess your going to be fucked trying to buy a NZ made/designed/manufactured bike then...

(seriously though, i know Trumpy and Aprillia are the same importers, didnt realise they also fuck other brands as well, assuming that is the picture you're painting when we join the dots)

Jethro Tull (the agri-pioneer not the band) changed the farming model that everyone was used to. And now we wouldn't want to go back.

The online purchasing model for all its faults can't be undone. And should improve.

Thassa pity. I dealt with their workshop when I was down there for a coupla months. Was favourably impressed and was thinking of going there for my next service.
