Lung protection?

Hi there,

I do 200km a day on the bike and sometimes the exhaust fumes can get a bit much, the long stretch of filtering between Albany and the bridge is where most the fumes get sucked in :-(

Anyone recommend a decent filter mask that would go under the helmet ?

Hermetically sealing my helmet would help but would lead to other issues ....

Those cheap white throw away masks would be your best bet. The flat ones, not the formed ones, would probably fit best. You can buy boxes of em.

Also come in handy for wearing with scrubs and rubber gloves with a dab of fake blood so you can yell Dr Dr to get to the front of crowds at music festivals and the bank
