    Woohoo!

Got the new (wrong size but it works) linkage and bearings in the Santa Cruz and there's no slop in the back end!

The rear tubeless is a bit leaky (6psi in a day) but that's with 2nd hand tyres.

Now to plan a good test ride tomorrow

Had to drain the float bowl again on the DR. Seems to flood sometimes and only trying to start it with an empty carb seems to do the trick.
    2nd time it's happened

I'd say your DR is suffering from TT envy

The bars on the Blur were 680mm straight bars with 6° pullback and combined with the 90mm drop from seat to bars, my wrists were getting a hammering.
Now trying a pair of Salsa low rise bars in the same width but with 6° rise and 10° pullback. This also brings them within 40mm of the seat height.
I do like the 10° pullback. Not so sure about the extra height though, may have to flip the stem and retest...

    Happy Birthday Nordie Boy!

Grey power gives a lot of privileges, I should know! Have you had a well man check recently?

Wow this thread was hiding well.

Looks like the Emporium is shifting to Wakefield
