If you were in the left hand lane doing 100ks then you were perfectly within your rights . if he was doing 95 ks in the outside lane, then that's his problem.

Other posters - Show me a rule or road code section that says if someone is doing 95ks in the right hand lane you can't do 100ks in the left hand lane ...

If that rule exists, then someone sitting at 30ks in the right hand lane will hold up all the traffic in the left hand lane as the MUST stay behind that car - clearly that's ridiculous ..
I didnt know it was a motorway champ.

On the website enquiry form on his website there is a comments section, maybe worth submitting a few choice comments.

Best idea is to gap it if a cager starts getting agro.

the reason I used the over take ( or under take as it should have been worded) was because it was a 2 lane road each way, I moved left to get past him and then moved back into the right lane to get past a car that was very slow in the left lane. so in my mind I over took him. sorry for my miss wording.

sorry for my lack of illustration skills lol

Perhaps it shouldn't be obvious they're coming from the biker community though. Wouldn't want him to rage and attack another biker (or the op) because of that... piles of senseless crap is more what I was thinking...

Do you casually cruise in the right hand lane into oncoming traffic as the norm or something. Bloody northerners!

Either tick it off as experience or throw enough lawful (or heavy and painful? ) book at him to make sure he doesn't do it again?

Trying to run you off the road in a car with sign writing doesn't leave much hope that he's got enough grey matter to learn anything new though
