The rather nice attractive Italian pillion would only have stride around the corner to the nearest in cafe 'cause that how far the owner would take it - until weekends when they'd be at Daddy's villa amongst those twisty mountain roads and she'd take the Lambo anyway

To each his own, I personally think your SV is one of the ugliest bikes ever made.

Looks good but that's about it. MV don't seem to have mastered ride-by-wire.

I had a sit on a Dragster yesterday. It's upright with wide bars and just feels like it'd be a wheelie machine. I think it looks better in the flesh than in piks, cause in piks it doesn't always do it for me, but in the flesh it does. I could live with the funny mudguard, and all pillions being very slim girls . Now just need to find a spare 26K...

They have now. MV issued an upgrade late February that is not just a revised fuel map. The revised fuel maps worked fine by the way. But this new release is a complete software replacement and initial reports from the Owners forum is it's bloody fantastic and you wouldn't know it's a RBW. Can't wait to get my bike in to the shop for the free upgrade. Owners that were happy with their bikes in the first place are raving about the improvement.

The Dragster is beautiful in the flesh for sure. Looking forward to the full dress touring Dragster. That's a joke but there is a MV Agusta tourer (Tourismo Veloce ) coming out soon that is equally gorgeous.

Yeah - I'm with him . maybe in a few years I might like it ... but right now it's all angles and pointy bits - not to my taste at all. But hey - if that's what floats your boat ... (but no, I won't lend you $25grand - If I had that much I get a new wife ... err sorry - new BIKE)

Hmmm .. the fact that people ride bikes is what pulls chicks .. most chicks have bugger all taste in bikes ... if it was a Harley it might have more pulling power ... the number of chicks who look disappointed when I say, 'No, I don't ride a Harley' ...

But hey - I do OK .. for an aging married man ...

Absolutely, but why bother with the rear pegs at all?

Anyway, checked one out at Red Baron My Maunganui in the weekend - man what a bike. Feels like nothing else when you're sitting on it.

Just as well, haven't ridden one myself but the dodgy throttle has killed the Brutale's in all of the comparos I have seen. I am happy with my low tech cabled speedy r, smooth as a babies bum all of the time.

The non-matching wheels would just piss me off.

Why do that? The back wheel is lovely, make the front look the same

sent from my phone (so scuze auto correct typos)
