Its easier than you think. The low speed stuff is harder as the bike has more size and weight. Open road is easier as the bike will be more stable and less frantic to keep up with traffic. Obviously dont explore the rev range until used to the bike. Keep it under 4 to 5k rpm to start with.

Thanks, getting more use to slow speed stuff, but only on the driveway, using 2nd to stop takeoff. trying to do my own slow race, seems much easier than on scorpio. as long as the wobbles don't start, then its all anchors out, after 1/2 hour of this got off bike and walked like a cowboy for five minutes, yeeha

i will have to adjust the shift light down then....

Keep doing low speed stuff in the driveway and you will become expert at clutch replacements.

    Whoa-ho, Eldog's got a new ride?

For slow speed stuff, sit further forward, that helps a lot I've found.

Won't be there tomorrow evening, got a very full week. Will see you next week...

Wont be bringing it for quite a while so dont rush.

Got some stuff to do on it first.

Got some other stuff to sort out as well before on road proper

Should have something for you to look at. As I have some questions for nzspokes about how it runs. If I have time to do small video

best thing I've ever done with a new bike is to ride to taupo and back...by the time you get back you'll know her a little too well...took uncle bully to opotiki via rotovegas this weekend...I think I know her pretty well now...tested some of her limits and more of my own...it may be not the most sound or scientific advice but it's worked for me every bike...even the vespas in indonesia, but that's a whole nuther story...
