    Smile Hey guys! (LubeyChain)

    Hey all!

My name is Gary and I just started Riding 6 months ago! Fun fun!

Cool to see such a large community, and so many interesting posts.

Might ask me why my name is LubeyChain? Well, I'm currently studying and I am taking a paper called Transmedia and it requires me to be more spreadable with my identity; So I decided to start my own blog, and in conjunction a Moto Vlog.

LubeyChain is about 3 friends which enjoy riding together.
The style of videos we hope to put out are more of the fun moments of riding and lean more towards the comical side of riding a bike.

LubeyChain is also hopefully going to be a blog where me and some other mates will be posting some cool pictures and interesting posts on new technology like my uni project where I am making a heads up display unit for motorcyclists.

So feel free to watch and comment on the videos and blog posts!

HUD. Built in GPS for speed and grabs the signal from your indicators to remind you that they are still on.

Its done by reflection onto a reflective transparent film.

I'll post some pics and write about the HUD I'm making in another section to get some feedback.
Right now we are still 3d printing the prototype cases and playing around with the display.

Started doing this sort of thing ages ago then gone off it a bit. Used some tiny transceivers and simple ATTiny chip to send data from bike to helmet which worked really well with thumbnail sized pcb antennas. You can have all my work to date on that if you want it...
