( Need some low river levels for this one so maybe later in the spring early summer )

    2. Far north ride ( Dargaville ) with a bit a forestry alot of beaches and sand dunes, this would be a 2 nighter and
has some awesome ex international rally roads

Then there is also the dirty weekend in the 42nd traverse that never happened last year plus i have also been planning in my head a coromandel ride finishing at our bach in pauanui.

Dont know who is going to do all the work at home next summer as I plan to be either riding or fishing every weekend to make up for this year.

    Sounding good

I'm intending on spending some time fitting my new starter motor to the R80 and reassembling it tomorrow. Hopefully I'll get it to a stage where I can take it for a run down the street.

    Got the R80 started, kinda.

But more importantly I got out for a ride.

Good on ya. Can't wait to get out again myself; feeling like a caged cat.

I won't panic next time I'm being followed by a weird dude on a blue DR

In about another month I will emerge from the bike riding drought (house selling / buying / work stuff) so our place half way up north is available for the Dargaville trip Mark, I think I can still remember those roads too....
