Well I must say best race I've seen for I can't remember how long!
So pleased for Danni he looked really happy with himself.

The thing that's different about this season is they are racing so hard but seem genuinely respectful of with each other!
No sullenness or bad shit goin on like other seasons etc they even sorted out the yellow like gentlemen.
I'm wondering if its the Rossi effect MM seems to be carrying on in a like manner.

Poor ole JL just didn't seem to be able to keep up. Bradl did well for the first few laps he might actually be a good suzuki choice? Crutchlow is doin so badly (through one thing or another) he might not even be considered at this rate?
Gonna watch that one again my feckin son was yellin at the TV so hard I missed some of it?
    Bloody Tremendous !!
On a Motorcycle you're penetrating distance, right along with the machine!! In a car you're just a spectator, the windshields like a TV!!

Overnight Smith said he was following Crutchlow at the test and felt sorry for him as CC had to save the bike with his knee on every corner. That sounds like a hard day at the office.

Yamaha were testing a new exhaust system. Lorenzo and Rossi had one each. Yamaha must have been scoping the CBR

I realy respect the fighter spirit in Crutchlow and his raw speed, but with him being on a Ducati, it has really opened my eyes to just how good Iannone is

Maybe he should ask Dovi how to ride it.

Highlights the problem of where the centre of gravity is on the Ducati. Crutchlow does the stick the leg out thing, which gets weight lower and further back than keeping your feet on the pegs. That's the last thing that's needed on the Ducati. The CoG is already low and rearward.

Dovi keeps his feet on the pegs and tends to get forward, against the tank. He also sits up a little higher on the brakes, which helps get weight forward.

Riding style won't fix the problems with the Ducati, but it'll help/hinder depending on what they do.

I think for the last few years its either a bike you have a style/feel for or not? Casey did, Dovi sorta, Rossi didnt, Crutchlow doesn't.

Trouble is if you don't your absolute shit!

I'd like to see Dovi back on a Honda too.
Ducati seems to be putting the handbrake on a lot of promising careers...

I'm hoping Suzuki bag Dovi mate. Think Bautista will be out of a job next year!

He's having a pretty miserable time of it at the moment. At least he hasn't taken out the Championship leader. Although that might liven things up.

Yeah bit of a shame really, as the kid can actually go alright when he's on.

If Suzuki where at all interested in Crutchlow he'd be paying them to go I reckon lol
I read somewhere Suzuki are a bit frugal, why they haven't been as successful as they could have been in the past?

I'm also wondering if DP's new performance contract rumors have bought out the animal in him?
Mind you it could be as simple as a track MM didnt like so much and VR and DP did?
Doesn't pay to over think these things sometimes?

I also see that DP is the biggest contributer to Hondas 100 win record

The wins have been achieved by 13 riders in total: Dani Pedrosa (25), Valentino Rossi (20), Casey Stoner (15), Marc Marquez (13), Sete Gibernau (8), Marco Melandri (5), Nicky Hayden (3), Max Biaggi (3), Alex Barros (3), Makoto Tamada (2), Tohru Ukawa (1), Toni Elias (1) and Andrea Dovizioso (1).

    Along with the 100 victories in the MotoGP class, Honda have celebrated seven Constructor’s Championships (2002, 2003, 2004, 2006, 2011, 2012, 2013) and five Rider’s Championships (2002, 2003, 2006, 2011, 2013).

And he's ridden pretty much every other bike so should have plenty of direction for Suzuki to follow.
