    As would I. Unless the only access to said windfalls is across fragile ecological areas or similar, I could see no other reason to stop it.

    Doubt that he is, I would be interested to see the information for myself though. If they are opposing for a reason, other than another party has approved of it, I would like to Know what. It sure does sound like madness.
