If the Greens are opposed to the logging of wind fallen native timber I'd be interested in finding out the reasoning for it.

As would I. Unless the only access to said windfalls is across fragile ecological areas or similar, I could see no other reason to stop it.

Doubt that he is, I would be interested to see the information for myself though. If they are opposing for a reason, other than another party has approved of it, I would like to Know what. It sure does sound like madness.
