    Good news - petrol prices

    Going to go up next week by another 3 cents due to extra tax placed on them to make that "surplus".

    Pretty sure this increase was announced around 3-4 years ago. 9c over 3 years.

    Has the current price of fuel made anyone think again about the length and frequency of rides?

    Apart from commuting, I doubt many riders look at the petrol consumption side of things when buying a bike.

    At a steady 110kph, would there be a hell of a lot of difference in fuel useage between a 600cc and a 1000cc bike?
