Thats because the results of the test were misread.

"The number of rounds came out narrowly in favour of four rounds over that of six rounds with five rounds being the next choice."

So that means the MAJORITY of the votes were to have MORE than 4 rounds.

5 rounds is more than 4
6 rounds is more than 4

add the people who voted for 5 rounds and the people that voted for 6 rounds and that means the majority of the votes were for MORE than 4 rounds

I really wanted long races. I wouldn't be able to walk at the end of the race but that's how a race is meant to be.

so it would have to be a 22 lap raced as you'd get lapped twice in that time...

So therefore more people wanted to do 4 rounds than wanted to do 5 or 6,But does that include the person that contacted me today who voted for 6 rounds 16 times????

Hopefully not,But who knows,Theres some pretty fucked up people involved with MNZ,I think the point he was making is the poll was a bit of a junket as anybody could vote AND as many times as they liked,Don't even need to own a motorcycle,It was obvious the format set last year was best for the greater number of competitors as numbers were up by as much as 50% over previous years,The series needs to be restablished and operating to a satisfactory level before any thoughts of increasing it in any way are considered,Some people just don't want to admit that what I did was far better than what had been occuring,But thats just cause they don't like me personally,Sucks to be them.

its simply not all do-able at the same time in some cases

As I'm sure Te Billy will attest, sometimes what is asked for / demanded is not achievable ........
