And they wonder why white cunts are a bunch of racists...
I'm yet to reach the point where I think it can't get any more ridiculous.
None of us is as stupid as all of us.
He would have got more than stern words if his Grandmother was still alive!
Do we jump up and down and scream about a criminal race when some of you European-descent people get into court? And that happens every day across this country ... No, we do not, because we know they are individuals - stop labelling all of us with your "bad" tags ...
"So if you meet me, have some sympathy, have some courtesy, have some taste ..."
A few years ago a Kurow teenager going home from rugby practice was slightly over the limit and hit a bridge rail! (first offence of any sort)
He got sent to jail for three months ... in order to teach these people a lesson ... said the judge!
Justice with consistancy would be nice! ... Lawyers and Judges are part of the problem rather than the solution! IMHO!
all hail the porch monkey king
Didnt post this up with a view to it turning into a Maori/pakeha thing at all its the drink driving and no conviction thats got me fucked, all the money spent trying to combat drink driving and then thisHow the fuck must people that have had friends/relis etc killed etc by pissed drivers feel when they hear shit like this.Judges who needs em.
Be the person your dog thinks you are...
Calm down you lot.
Tuku Morgan has it all under control.
Some restorative talkies on marae,
and a mean feed of boilup should sort it all out.![]()
And if he does ... the penalties for him will be harsher as he didn't learn from his earlier brush with the justice system.
As will the penalties of any that continue to offend with the same or similar offenses ...
The intention of the judge may work with some ... but not all. The judge took a gamble (in my opinion) too.
In the interest of the safety of road users in that area ... I hope he got it right.
Who has more to lose if the result of the judge's intention ... would be wrong. The Judge .. The offender .. or the users of those local roads .. ???
ANY that drive on the Public roads of New Zealand risk meeting with a driver under the Influence ... Most of you all reading this post WILL at some stage. The Gamble ... is WHEN that will happen. The dangerous part of the gamble is by how much influence that driver will be over the legal limit.
Under the legal limit is not always safe (with some) either ... would you bet your life it was .. ??
When life throws you a curve ... Lean into it ...
