    seems I am getting my 'spotting' mojo back but not free enough yet to start collecting them

    TT I have handguards with the hotgrips and they are the most elegant solution I reckon. The big plus on the part of the bar muffs is its easy to move them to another bike I reckon but that will only be useful to some.

    With the hot grips, even if it rains the heat from the grips really does stop you getting as cold. I have leather gloves which I love and a pair of waterproof ones which are ok. Unless its absolutely hosing I prefer the leather ones because the hot grips make them comfy 90% of the time
