Forgot to drop something off in Puke on my way back from the Barry Sheene Classic yesterday. Darn it! Meant I had to go out for a ride today. Went up Burtt Rd, then back down Runciman Rd. Then tried a new route out thru Hunua/Clevedon. Great ride. Would be good to try it out one summer Tuesday evening.
probably wont be there tonight, but next week should be on my second bike![]()
Second bike??
I went for a quick ride out to Maraetai on Sunday afternoon. Thought I had passed Sis and Eldog parked up there so went back to double check only to find that it wasn't. That's what I have to do now after the last time where you guys made me feel guilty about accidentally snobbin ya!
I won't be there if this weather continues on. My textile gear isn't waterproof and if I get soaked riding home then I don't really fancy riding around with my arse in a puddle on my seat.
aws, I've lent out all of my USB sticks at the mo but I haven't forgotten about dropping that footage off to you. Hopefully later this week I'll get some of them back.
Ya shouldve come on the meetups ride on sun. We had a blast
Hi guys, I won't be able to make it tonight. Have to stay at work till late.
Hope to see you all next week.
VN 900 Classic- STOCK!!!!
I was planning to but I got held up with something else on Saturday night so that meant I wasn't able to make Sunday morning. I'll be trying to come to the next one.
My leathers aren't waterproof either! And after last time I'd prefer it if Peter doesn't waste my chocolate hearts in my coffee by spilling them all over the table..
Meh, trenchcoat, over trou and dubbed boots...its a given i'll get wet but meh...not worried. Rode to work in the rain and will ride back in the rain...but maybe late to the rendezvous point. If um not there when yous want to leave, then by all means carry on...magz
yep, added another 4cyl 250cc to the stable haha
Picked up a mc22 to ride while I do some work on my zxr, wanted something to ride in case the work takes longer than expected. I originally wanted a mc22, so I found one that seemed in good nick and bought it. Was going to buy a zx6r... but decided not to risk it.
The riding position on the cbr seems much less aggressive than the zxr, so might mean it'll be more comfortable on the longer rides which is a bonus. Once I have the zxr all fixed up i'll take them both to the track and do some back to back tests for fun.... erm I mean "science"![]()
