    Scooter or bike?

Currently have 50cc scooter which I've been pretty happy with, but I'm looking at getting my motorcycle license so I can get something a bit bigger and get on the open road.

I'm currently looking at two options, a larger scooter like a Kawasaki J300, or a bike (looking at the Ninja 300).

The only reason I'm considering the scooter is the huge amount of storage space they have. Practically I think the scooter is the better option but I'm interested to know how they handle 100km/h highways. Anyone ridden one of these that could give me there thoughts?

    Some awesome tips for you.

    1. Don't ask a biker site whether scooters or bikes are better and expect more than a handful of weird scooter riders to suggest a scooter.

    2. I think an SUV has more storage space than a scooter, which clearly, using your logic, says you must buy one. Actually, get a small box truck, you can drive it on your drivers licence and has EVEN MORE space. But then, it's probably smarter to get your truck licences and then the sky is the limit! Do you need to carry 50 tonne odd? You could with a big rig!

    3. I've ridden a scooter or two. I waved at motorcyclists to confuse them. Then I got my bike back from service and the world was in harmony again.

I have more storage than a scooter.

You can put on a skirt and heals though if you like.

Those Kawasaki 300s are actually a rebranded Kymco DOwntown 300, save some money. Also Ninja 300s are gay, gay, gay. Buy a CFMoto 650 if you have to go that way
