    I rode one in 1982 and was disapointed how under powered it was. Purchased a 750 Kawasaki instead.

    Now I'd like one to turn into something interesting.

    I got one (GSPD) and its a keeper. Found its creek crossing limit today
    I mentioned vegetables once, but I think I got away with it...........

    Yep they are great bikes, I'd always kind of admired them from afar but thought they'd be a dull ride then I took a friends for a long ride and it clicked, great handling Torquey, weight down low. They also scrub up well if you want to do light mods

    Yeah, just been into mine to replace a $3 pawl spring, off the road for 3 weeks and spent over $100 on other things needing to done at the same time. Could've fixed it overnight on any other bike.

    Picked one up cheap a while back......didn't really want it but at $600 i couldn't turn it down.Ex MOT .Don't want to think about the $ spent on it since then.it's the sunday bar hopper.Great fun but ya gotta watch the kerbs when cornering

    Bought a 1990 R80 71Kms, lovely old bike, black, I think its a keeper too.
