RSV 1000 Mille R Colin Edwards

    (Looking for SWAPS)

Hey there, this is my RSV 1000 Mille R Colin Edwards edition bike. It's very tidy all round, couple of stone nicks so not perfect but it's a beautiful bike.

The R models come with Brembo breaks(standard), Ohlins front and rear and Oz forged lightweight wheels, the Colin Edwards model means more carbon fibre, Colin Edwards ECU, larger throttle body, open airfilter box only around 400 were made, apparently putting out 140bhp.

Low km's can carjam it, it's been sitting in a shipping container before i bought it and runs mint, huge power.

    *Plenty of tyre tread
*Brakes are amazing and have heaps left
*Recent oil change/filter and clutch fluid flush.
*Akropovic exhaust which is actualy stock on the Colin Edwards, open pipe sounds awsome.
*Recent year long wof put on, rego needs renewing.

ask anyone about the RSV and they'll say how well it handles.

Reason for post is i'm looking for a Fireblade or other inline litre bike, I love the bike but it's low end power is nuts around the corners it's almost too much, and i've always been a fan of inline 4's, let me know what you've got thanks.

8000 km's on the odo(currently riding), wont find one this low, let alone a Colin Edwards.

Swap ya for a Z1000, it's an inline 4.... Certainly won't be too much power low down compared to that beast.

    What a beautiful bike.

    Nice bike.

Carjam says its 2006 though so you should change that if running a auction.

What you need is an inline 4 bmw k100CR. Its one of a kind and has no low down power.

Ill even give you a few monies and a packet of chips as well for your undesirable V twin thingy.

After 04 they did a big model update to the sharper fairings etc, not sure how to change it's registered date but it's deffinitly an 03 as the mille wasn't made after that.

Maybe was in a shop for 3 years before first registered.
Shows it as UK import I think. Maybe a mix up

It's worth about half of what yours is worth, got about 66,000km, oil and filters changed 1500km ago (Tuesday). On the bright side I've fixed the electrical gremlin If your name starts with J, or your nickname is J, and you only have one eye, then my bike has the perfect plate for you.

It's not the lightest, but I only notice the weight when I'm pushing it around.

Hi nice bike own the same .. Sorry to point this out but this diffently not an Colin Edwards completely different They have totally different graphics / Blue OZ Wheels / Custom blue ally top triple tree ... They have twin exhaust system / come with 51mm & 57 mm throttle body's 2 EPROM Carbon fibre race airbox as a replacement for the bigger throttle body's & stronger con rods . These engine don't make 140hp they are 130 at best . Point this out as people need to know correctly what they are buying so please advertise this bike correctly. 03 - RSVR MILLE -
