Actually thinking about option 1..maybe it would be good to get away for a break, and the wife is working on Sunday. PM me if still stuck for riders after 3pm today and I'll see what I can do.

1. Getting UP before 6:30 is a challenge, but in this case I'll make an exception
2. I get lost on the way to the bathroom but my phone has GPS in it, so I'm sorted there
3. It will rain, and the good thing about that is that it will keep the rear cylinder on the Buell cool
4. Problem with skinny pillions is noticing after they have fallen off.

How'd you go?
Had a mate did this once and the journo sat backwards on his ST1100 pillion seat filming back at the the runners/riders from ahead. He said it was a bit disconcerting.
It’s diametrically opposed to the sanitised existence of the Lemmings around me in the Dilbert Cartoon hell I live in; it’s life at full volume, perfect colour with high resolution and 10,000 watts of amplification.

Mellowed. It hasn't happened to me yet, I think I'm getting crankier and more risk prone as I get older. Hey, I spent a lot of 2010 living in and travelling around the states and Canada - awesome places. I'd like to get a bunch of people and ride some of the more interesting places (did it in a 4WD). Your thoughts, would you do it again?
